Bungle Bungle Tours
About Purnululu NP
Although it’s been around for 350 million years, and known to its Aboriginal custodians for at least 40,000 years, the beehive domes of Purnululu National Park were only ‘discovered’ in 1983.
One of only 12 UNESCO Natural World Heritage sites in Australia, Purnululu National Park covers almost 240,000 hectares of remote wilderness and includes the Bungle Bungle Range, a spectacular landscape of sculptured rocks and sandstone towers.
Located about nine hours driving time from Broome, or three and a half hours from Kununurra, Purnululu National Park can be accessed by self-drive travellers or by ‘fly in’ day and overnight tours.
We’re pleased to work with Bungle Bungle Guided Tours to offer you a range of tours from Kununurra, and overnight accommodation for the self-driver at Purnululu’s two wilderness lodges. For those who won’t be venturing to Kununurra, we also have a Bungle Bungle Air Tour available from Broome with Broome Aviation.
We’re pleased to offer 5% discounts off normal Bungle Bungle tour prices for travellers combining a trip to the Bungle Bungle with a Kimberley cruise.
