Our 16-day package combines an exploratory cruise from Broome to Darwin over ten nights aboard the stylish, 36-passenger Reef Prince, experiencing all of the highlights of this magnificent coastline, including King George Falls, King Cascades, Montgomery Reef, Horizontal Falls, Aboriginal rock art and much more.
There’s also time for swimming and hiking ashore, and even the opportunity to try your hand at catching some of the Kimberley’s most iconic fish, including the fabled Barramundi. As your cruise draws to an end, enjoy two nights of 4-star accommodation on Darwin’s waterfront Esplanade, putting you right in the heart of the action as you discover the attractions of the Top End capital. Take a day tour to Litchfield National Park, visit the enthralling Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory or visit the Mindil Beach Sunset Markets (select days), there’s lots to keep you busy.
Then it’s time to board the magnificent Ghan on her luxurious three-night rail journey through the Red Centre to Adelaide. During your time aboard the Ghan you’ll enjoy Gold Service, which features your own cabin with private en suite (Gold Single cabins have shared bathroom) and outstanding dining in the Queen Adelaide Restaurant car.
For the ultimate Ghan Expedition experience, there’s also the option to upgrade to a Platinum cabin, featuring a full-size double bed, or the choice of twin singles, private car transfers in Darwin and Adelaide and access to the exclusive Platinum Club restaurant car onboard.
